KPMG is currently seeking a Manager - Audit Product Transition & Data Governance, to join our Global Services Organization.
Provide guidance to team on risk and legal considerations
Review KPMG audit projects and related applications for compliance with international risk standards and to identify issues requiring an opinion from international general counsel
Work with international general counsel and Global Risk to provide practical solutions to data and risk related matters
Develop, maintain and implement KPMG Audit data governance policies
Support Product Development teams in reaching practical solutions for access to client data
Modify and supplement data governance procedures with KPMG Audit leadership approval, when needed
Minimum five years of relevant governance experience with a major global corporation or professional services firm
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Demonstrated knowledge of key principles of Risk management
Experience working on a project or client engagement with a multijurisdictional team
Experience building strong relationships with contacts at all levels in other member firms, especially executive and senior level contacts
Ability to confidently lead meetings, calls, and group discussions with senior level audiences
