KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, to join our Global Service Organization.


  • Manage relationships between Global Business Operations (GBO) and key stakeholders including Global Risk Management Partners and Ethics & Independence to define business needs, understand procedures and policies related to independence and conflict risks

  • Provide the Sentinel, checkpoint, Global Compliance Confirmation System and KPMG Independence Compliance System Business Process Owners with development around strategy and direction, provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise for global risk systems; oversee business prioritization initiatives to the risk process and associated systems

  • Prepare materials and reports to advisory groups, leadership and key stakeholders

  • Participate on other projects as directed by leadership, including serving as a key liaison between stakeholders and New Sentinel delivery capability leaders

  • Manage team of professionals to ensure all business objectives are met, providing guidance and counsel to foster future career growth


  • Minimum of ten years of related work experience

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university in business, accounting, or equivalent required

  • Demonstrated ability to drive decision making, facilitate change and resolve issues diplomatically

  • Possesses significant knowledge of KPMG and its business; experience with Advisory engagements is preferable

  • Understanding of engagement acceptance procedures and risk management procedures

  • Experienced cultivating effective customer relationship management skills with the ability to leverage contacts and network within KPMG utilizing strong communication and teaming skills
