KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, to join our Administrative Services Organization.
Manage the daily activities of an administrative support staff
Assign workloads, manage overtime, and coordinate back up support for our partners and management team members
Provide learning and development opportunities to help enhance skills and promote career growth
Conduct performance feedback sessions and team meetings with administrative staff
Implement regional and national administrative support initiatives
Minimum five years of administrative or office management experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment; minimum two years of experience leading and managing a large administrative support team
Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
