KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant, to join our Administrative Organization.
Provide virtual administrative support for engagement team members on specific transaction-based offerings such as billing, travel, calendar management, and word processing
Provide verbal and written communication with customers related to support offerings in terms of scope, turnaround times, and required information
Review, assess, and determine turnaround times for requests and communicate information to resources and customers
Prepare work product according to established policies and procedures
Provide input on process improvement and quality controls
Minimum five years of administrative or resource management experience, preferably within a professional services environment
High School diploma or equivalent; College degree or coursework from an accredited college or university preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work overtime
