KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, to join our Human Resource Organization.
Lead an area Human Resources (HR) team and provide HR support for a designated practice area
Drive a variety of HR initiatives including rewards and recognition programs, performance and career management, succession planning, and organizational development and training
Provide counsel and guidance to management regarding employee relations, goal setting, salary issues, new hire compensation, and market/equity adjustments
Manage the performance review process to help ensure compliance with compensation guidelines
Develop and deliver presentations on various HR topics for area leadership
Participate in HR projects including talent management and succession planning, performance management training, engagement management enhancement, and workplace survey action planning
Minimum of ten years of progressive HR generalist experience and five years of supervisory experience, preferably within a professional services environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, and related laws and regulations
Ability to travel as needed
