KPMG is currently seeking a Sr. Associate, Cloud Administrator to join our KPMG Technology Organization.
Automate provisioning, configuration, and ongoing support tasks for Cloud Environments, Operating Systems - RedHat Linux, Microsoft Windows Server, Network devices - Cisco, F5, IBM
Design, deploy, manage and operate scalable, highly available, and fault tolerant systems on AWS/Azure and traditional private cloud virtual environments
Work closely with other individuals and groups in the execution of technology proof of concepts, deployment, and adoption
Work directly with users to prioritize requests and frequently update users to make certain that they are informed of progress and estimated delivery timeframe
Effectively coordinate support escalation communication; participate in the development and maintenance of appropriate project technical documentation including design, configuration, installation
Interface with business clients and technology staff to implement solutions that meet business needs and addresses impact of new or revised applications on existing infrastructure
Minimum three years of Senior level systems administrator experience; preferably in large Enterprise Level Data Centers
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Experience operating in a large enterprise environment and understanding of implementation of systems at scale; One+ years working with Cloud orchestration and automation; Two+ years working with different Cloud platforms (Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)) and environments (Public, Private, Hybrid); Two+ years working knowledge with Cloud service provider technologies e.g., Amazon AWS, Google Compute, Microsoft Azure; technical skills in Windows Server operating systems including Administration, Clustering and Powershell
Knowledge of datacenter automation technologies such as Puppet, Chef, Saltstack and advanced scripting knowledge with Python, Powershell, Bash, VBScript or equivalent
Technical knowledge across various disciplines to resolve complex infrastructure integration issues and problems and interface with multiple vendors to coordinate resolution of issues
Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge
