KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Identity Management to join our KPMG Technology Organization.
Provide the administration and operational support of the Identity Management infrastructure, recommend and drive the enhancement process for the IAM systems to better support the clients using the service
Provide incident and problem resolution and Level 2 support for issues that exceed the capabilities and knowledge of the regular operational support teams
Participate in design review working directly with clients and business owners on the integration requirements including provisioning, de-provisioning and user lifecycle into the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform
Develop and maintain system configurations, process design documentation, operating procedures and process documentation
Maintain and assess operational requirements and service issues for improvement opportunities; maintain and upgrade the infrastructure for the Identity Management system including migrations to newer product versions
Work closely with development groups, business liaison teams, operations staff, security group, data center staff and server administration groups on all activities related to application integration and system enhancements
Minimum five years of professional work experience developing large-scale enterprise IAM solutions, preferably IBM Tivoli Identity Manager nterprise IAM solutions, preferably IBM Tivoli Identity Manager with a minimum of two years of experience in a technical lead role
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Experience managing user life cycle and integrating application requirements in a shared services framework with focus on provisioning, de-provisioning, entitlements, Role Based Access Control, IBM Tivoli Identity Manager, Self Service/Self Registration technologies
Extensive knowledge across a broad range of identity and access management technologies, preferably IBM Tivoli suite of security products including TIM/ISIM, TAM and TDS and Directory Services, User Provisioning, Access Provisioning, Access Review, Single Sign On
Experience as a Technical Lead in an IAM environment, experience managing enterprise directory implementation and experience in LDAP directory service administration (Active Directory, Tivoli Directory Server, Novell eDirectory etc.)
Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work; strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans; US citizenship required
