KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, IAM Messaging to join our KPMG Technology Organization.
Assure the tools under the Identity and Access Management Support Services governance adhere to KPMG IT Risk Management Data Privacy Guidelines, KPMG Information Security requirements and industry best practice; IAM Support Services (IAMSS) tools include, Cyber-Ark, Vormetric, Optim, and RSA SecurID
Work independently and represent IAMSS on project portfolio initiatives that leverage the supported tools
Participate in a continual service improvement plan and drive internal projects to improve overall service, focusing on operational excellence, process and resource efficiency and financial management
Develop and maintain process design documentation, end user guides, and operating procedures
Recommend and participate in testing, implementation, and support of all system upgrades and patches to the systems, services, and technologies used by IAMSS
Provide 24/7 support for the applications
A minimum of five years of experience working with Data Privacy tools or Security applications such as Cyber-Ark, Vormetric, Optim, and RSA SecurID
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; CISSP preferred
Must be proficient troubleshooting and debugging skills and a familiarity with SQL and UNIX or Linux command sets
Advanced knowledge of Computer Networking and Network Security (IP Addressing, VLSM, Firewalls, ACLs, Authentication protocols, Authorization, VPN, PKI and Encryption, and Protocol Analyzers) and an understanding of Directory Services including Active Directory, LDAP, and TDS
Knowledge of Data Modeling, Database Catalogs, Schemas and the MSSQL command set, including Selects, Inserts, and Loads, for data manipulation; firm understanding of the data privacy impact on other business units and the ability to apply that knowledge to solve complex issues
Strong verbal/written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work; strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
