Manager, Advisory (Sacramento, California) (Multiple Positions)
Identify, design, and implement business and technology services. Evaluate risk related to requirements management, business processes, internal controls, project communications, and organizational change management. Review business process and information security controls to provide effective and secure access to information within applications. Architect, develop, and deploy deliverables in middleware technologies, and execute unit test cases to assist in migrating code to system environments. Establish deliverable standards, review project deliverables against established standards, and identify gaps and root causes of on-going project issues. Perform reviews of integrator deliverables through the system development life cycle. Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Pursue business development opportunities. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Must have experience in the following: Service-oriented architecture tools, including Oracle Enterprise Service Bus and Oracle BPEL; Enhancing client's automation and operational efficiency by designing technology solutions based on their business needs and IT capabilities; Designing, developing, and deploying services in the Oracle SOA Suite; Building client deliverables related to requirements specification, process analysis, system-based and functional design, technical design, and test plans; and Project management, including offshore service delivery management and offshore resource management. Travel up to 25 percent of the time is required. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
