KPMG is currently seeking a Associate Director, Robotic Process Automation Technical Lead, to join our KPMG Technology Organization.
Direct the activities of onshore/offshore development managers, technical project leaders and developers
Manage direct reports, including developing and mentoring employees to build high performing teams
Oversee phases of the system development and implementation process including analysis, design, development, testing, and ongoing support for the client area's application systems in an environment of diverse development platforms
Function as a primary client contact for fulfilling project requirements and coordinate activities with IT management
Lead project planning, scheduling, status reporting and project budget, as well as establish and analyze staffing requirements within guidelines
Implement projects consistent with long-range IT plans and installation standards, as well as develop and execute an application roadmap for existing applications including technology upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution
Minimum eight years of experience leading innovative technical implementations; four years of experience in managing Robotics Process Automation projects
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Strong understanding of Cognitive (IBM Watson, Microsoft Cognitive ) platforms
Experience managing other developers including onshore and offshore, interfacing with clients and vendors, creation of project schedules and project status reporting
Experience with full project life cycle including planning and executing application implementation and the creation of support procedures
Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work; strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
