KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, to join our Intelligent Enterprise Project Organization.
Provide leadership involving design and implementation for specific application development, change management and process redesign tracks of a strategic, multidisciplinary program
Develop, oversee, and manage project track scope and execution plans as well as vendor selection process and technical implementation
Help to ensure that business owners and developers have the tools, leadership and guidance to successfully execute on a project work stream
Monitor risks, issues, and overall quality of the project work stream; escalate issues and risks to the program leadership team to raise awareness and provide recommendations for resolution
Lead data governance target operating model design and execution; Lead definition and implementation of golden sources for reference data and implementation of business requirements
Minimum eight years of IT project; Requirements definition, and/or business management; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Experience leading a geographically dispersed team, mentoring staff, evaluating performance and providing performance feedback
Experience with project management, IT initiative definition, facilitation of decision-making events, business case development, budget and resource management
Ability to gain the confidence and respect of functional leadership, business sponsors, and team members.
Creative thinker with ability to identify innovative business solutions; proficiency in tracking, monitoring, and forecasting budgets
