KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant, to join our Real Estate & Facilities Organization.
Support an on-site construction and design team for a multi-million dollar facility build out
Provide administrative support for construction team members including calendar management, time and expense reporting, reconciliation and travel
Prepare deliverables including monthly reporting materials, spreadsheets, presentations, documents and reports as required
Maintain office operations at the on-site construction facility
Assist in the oversight of electronic paper and file systems and updating content on the SharePoint site
Minimum five years of administrative experience; preferably in the construction industry
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Strong project management skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Capacity to support various levels of construction management in a mobile office environment
Ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal supervision
