Senior Associate, Advisory, New York, NY (Multiple Positions)

Coordinate Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance initiatives. Assist clients in implementing the Bank Secrecy Act, AML, and sanctions (OFAC) compliance protocols. Conduct substantiation checks of investigation procedures and perform review of transaction alerts. Perform gap analysis for financial institutions to help ensure AML compliance programs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Identify, escalate, and coordinate engagement risks for internal and external stakeholders.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 2 years of related work experience.

Must have experience with the following: Identifying and addressing common money laundering schemes within the AML legal and regulatory framework; Application and package experience with one of the following: Transaction Vendor Solutions, Know Your Customer Vendor Solutions, or OFAC sanction screening solutions; and Implementing processes and procedures to help ensure financial institutions are in compliance with the current AML regulatory framework.

Travel up to 65% is required.
