KPMG is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager, to join our Spectrum Organization.
Lead QA for multiple projects concurrently
Review software requirements (product backlog, epics and user stories) and develop test plans, test scripts, and acceptance criteria for various testing phases
Work with the Product / Project team in estimating cost and timelines
Work closely with the development team and other QA resources to manage quality of the deliverables
Develop and implement test automation and performance testing strategy
Defect management during project execution to help ensure that defects are addressed in priority order
Minimum of 7 years of experience in QA testing of market facing products
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 5 years of experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, change management, test case generation techniques and performance testing tools such as JMeter
Good understanding of application development and database technologies
Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of client/server and WEB type applications, architecture and computer networks
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to set deadlines
