KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, to join our Information Management Organization (IMO) led by the firm's Chief Privacy Officer.
Participate in client and vendor contract negotiations in the areas of IT security, technology, confidentiality, privacy, and information management
Provide input on the ability to comply with contract terms, suggest contract revisions, and draft contractual requirements
Help business units understand contractual requirements, how to apply/comply with them, track records of assistance provided, and provide status reports
Help preserve the trust of KPMG clients and the broader capital markets by supporting the IMO charter to design, implement, and operate processes and tools to help ensure that information entrusted to or developed by KPMG is treated with the appropriate protection, highest quality standards, and maximum leverage capabilities
Manage and/or participate in project execution, completing deliverables within timeline and budget expectations
Minimum five years of information security, data privacy, technology, IT audit, IT risk management, information management, product management, compliance, and/or related experience; preferably within a professional services environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Experience with controls frameworks, information security and privacy standards, and industry requirements such as ISO 27001, ISACA COBIT, COSO, NIST, FISMA, HIPAA, GLBA, Privacy Shield, SSAE16, PIMBOK, Federal Acquisition Rules (FARs), and others
Experience evaluating a control environment, identifying control gaps, and mitigating measures along with a strong understanding of business practices and technology concepts
Contract negotiation experience preferred, along with the ability to influence, establish, and sustain trusted business relationships, negotiate win/win outcomes, and resolve conflicts
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
