Manager, Financial Due Diligence, Deal Advisory (New York, New York) (Multiple Positions)

Provide tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key accounting issues such as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, achievability of management's budget, and indebtedness considerations. Demonstrate in-depth technical accounting knowledge. Apply U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Analyze target company accounting data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks. Provide financial and business due diligence assistance to companies and private equity investors. Support buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)


Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Must have experience with the following: U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles; Securities and Exchange Commission financial reporting issues; International Financial Reporting Standards; Mergers and acquisitions; Transaction Services; Analyzing normalized EBITDA trends; Analyzing working capital requirements and the impact on purchase price adjustments; and Valuation models, including purchase price adjustment mechanisms.

Travel up to 80% required.
