KPMG is currently seeking a Hoteling Representative, to join our Office Services Organization.
Monitor, setup, and track office workspace reservations
Assist with telephone setup and help ensure workspaces are ready for occupants
Setup and break down equipment for office meetings and conferences
Facilitate workspace and office moves
Inspect and report general real estate issues
Minimum of one year of general office operations experience; preferably within a professional services environment
High School diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite applications
Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed
Ability to lift up to forty pounds
