KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Director, to join our Business Development Organization.
Serve as a member of the Business Development Organization, working across each business function
Build on existing capabilities across the negotiation client lifecycle to create a systematic, aligned and coordinated firm-wide approach to client negotiations
Create innovative commercial models and pricing strategies to meet emerging market needs and to serve as point of competitive differentiation, and work with account teams to define game-changing negotiation strategies and achieve breakthrough results, by collaborating with their clients to identify and deliver new forms of value
Help teams to define relationship management and account governance processes
Negotiate more creative and effective agreements (economic/ pricing strategies) to foster KPMG's competitive position in the market, and develop infrastructure and processes that are characteristic of business development functions in top tier organizations
Build rapport and confidence among internal partners, account teams and external clients
Minimum twelve years of client service or client service support experience with at least eight years of pricing negotiations experience; preferably from a professional services environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Demonstrated ability to coach and advise individual sales teams on high-value client negotiations and on remediating troubled client relationships
Comfort in building internal tools, workflow, technology, data & analytics to support the negotiation process
Proven track record of successfully improving negotiation and pricing strategies within high caliber organizations, including building pricing structures
Experience growing revenue from existing clients and maximizing cross-selling opportunities
