KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Shared Services & Outsourcing for our Management Consulting practice.
Advise KPMG clients through the global shared services and business process outsourcing (BPO) planning, deployment, and management lifecycle
Establish and standardize internal advisory tools and delivery frameworks
Guide clients on alternative shared services delivery models including captive centers, joint ventures, spin-offs, and hybrid sourcing relationships
Drive account relationship development and new pursuit opportunities
A minimum of eight years of experience in BPO and/or shared services as well as four years of experience with an advisory firm or service provider providing sourcing, such as outsourcing and shared services, with emphasis in global BPO
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university; MBA or advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred
Knowledge of finance and accounting, procurement, human resources, and information technology outsourcing industry and suppliers
Demonstrated knowledge base in business operations, systems evaluation, and enterprise architecture and supplier governance
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage large teams, complex work streams, and projects and gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
Travel may be up to 80-100%
