KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Shared Services & Outsourcing for our Management Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise KPMG clients through the global shared services and business process outsourcing (BPO) planning, deployment, and management lifecycle

  • Establish and standardize internal advisory tools and delivery frameworks

  • Guide clients on alternative shared services delivery models including captive centers, joint ventures, spin-offs, and hybrid sourcing relationships

  • Drive account relationship development and new pursuit opportunities

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of eight years of experience in BPO and/or shared services as well as four years of experience with an advisory firm or service provider providing sourcing, such as outsourcing and shared services, with emphasis in global BPO

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university; MBA or advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred

  • Knowledge of finance and accounting, procurement, human resources, and information technology outsourcing industry and suppliers

  • Demonstrated knowledge base in business operations, systems evaluation, and enterprise architecture and supplier governance

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage large teams, complex work streams, and projects and gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives

  • Travel may be up to 80-100%

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
