KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Innovation Lab.
Design and facilitate thinking workshops with team members from the innovation lab, clients, and industry and practice leadership
Design, set up, and facilitate sessions in multiple industries
Synthesize and capture in real time and within a multi-industry, multi-practice context
Design and facilitate effectively with team members and C-level executives in trends insights and design thinking sessions; including agenda design, session setup, facilitation, real time capture and production of session deliverables
Design thinking toolkit including quick reference cards and other materials
Effectively identify follow up opportunities, build compelling proposals, and close deals; help ensure that scope, deliverables, and budget are documented and that codes are secured for all projects
Minimum of seven years of experience in designing and delivering collaborative sessions with clients; previous experience with facilitating sessions for senior leaders/clients is preferred
Bachelor's degree in business studies from an accredited college/university
Ability to work in an agile, adaptable, dynamic, fast-paced environment; ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity, and understand the work the team does to apply design thinking to solve complex business challenges
Demonstrated skills in building relationships and working effectively with all levels of the firm including senior leadership and partners
Strong business development skills and knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to learn new analytical tools
Travel may be up to 80-100%
