KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, to join our Campus Recruiting Organization.
Work with the area campus recruiting team to coordinate and execute campus and office events
Oversee the on-campus interview process, including scheduling interviews, posting jobs, downloading resumes, and handling the application process
Develop and build relationships with key faculty from assigned campuses
Maintain candidate pipeline and database updates
Minimum of two years of experience in campus recruiting or similar role; preferably within a professional services environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Available to work overtime including evenings and weekends as needed
Able to travel up to twenty percent annually
