KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Automation Process Analyst to join our Digital Labor Center of Excellence Organization. This role my be sit in other locations


  • Support requirements definition and design automation based on requirements, including inputs, process, outputs, exception paths and error handling

  • Lead efforts to elicit, gather, and document processes with stakeholders

  • Manage the tasks, timeline, scope, and day to day communication with stakeholders

  • Leverage Digital Labor methodology to enable communications and negotiations

  • Learn and become proficient in Digital Labor tools and participate in training other resources in Digital Labor

  • Seek and build relationships to enhance delivery and better understand, identify, and work through issues


  • Minimum three years of experience managing multiple concurrent work streams, documenting processes, and leveraging best-suited methodologies and practices; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or Equivalent Work Experience

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to problems and issues

  • Demonstrated ability in creating and utilizing Process Flow, Use Case, Project Plan, and other deliverables

  • Experience with Digital Labor concepts and tools (e.g. Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or others) and SDLC preferred

  • CBAP, CCBA, and/or PMP certification preferred
