KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Offshore Tech Services to join our KPMG Technology Organization.
Work with onshore and offshore teams to understand business and technology landscape of our offshore partners
Partner with KTech and Business Areas to improve offshore user experience
Manage or oversee projects with multi-departmental resources in development of solutions that enable work to be transferred and performed offshore that are scalable, secure, cost-effective, uniform, and re-usable in any off-shore delivery center
Work with business sponsors, information security, risk management, firm wide security, legal and technology teams to ensure that offshore requirements are represented and incorporated into standard solutions
Work with offshore business leads and BA's to elicit business requirements for the initiation of new technologies; maintain relevant IT metrics and analyze data for trends and patterns
Aide in defining risk-based security policy and information protection controls; work with IT-Security and Information Management to conduct annual reviews and certifications of Offshore Delivery Centers
Minimum five years of experience in technology consulting services, operations and business processes, preferably in offshore environments
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
Experience managing projects with multiple resource groups; well versed in application of IT to solve business problems and implementation
Experience working directly with offshore IT teams
Ability to travel to KPMG offshore locations
Experience in technology consulting services or business process outsourcing preferred; excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
