KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Multimedia Designer to join our KPMG Business School Organization.
Design still and motion digital media assets for a variety of learning modalities, including web, audio, video, social, mobile, on demand, virtual and instructor-led
Utilize knowledge of visual design and media, with a grounding in illustration, visualization and information design
Collaborate with the design and development team to evaluate and apply appropriate methods to create detailed storyboards and write/edit copy for digital learning assets
Promote creativity and innovation by researching and recommending digital and multimedia learning solutions
Manage multiple complex projects, including developing timeline, milestones, responsibilities and establish effective relationships
Produce high quality deliverables in a fast-paced agile environment
Minimum of seven years experience in graphic and multimedia design for digital learning and multimedia technologies; preferably within a professional services environment
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Strong experience in designing interactive and web-based programs with ability to think creatively to design complex graphics, animations and interactions
Expertise with graphic design, wireframe, prototyping and office productivity tools as well the ability to learn new tools
Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work on different projects and produce high quality deliverables
Ability to work in an agile, adaptable, dynamic, fast-paced environment, as well as solve complex business challenges in a timely manner
