KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, to join our KPMG Business School Organization.
Consult with functional learning and development teams to understand current business strategies; anticipate and assess business and learning delivery needs and priorities
Oversee and resource the successful delivery of all functional national instructor-led training (ILT)
Manage the performance of the Learning Operations instructor-led training team
Help to ensure that all learning fulfillment activities are compliant with external regulatory standards and internal SOPs, policies and procedures
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors that provide training fulfillment services
Identify and addresses process improvements
Minimum seven years of experience with overseeing the delivery of instructor-led training for a large, complex environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Demonstrated knowledge of the development and delivery of learning interventions
Strong business acumen, organizational savvy and operational and technological perspectives
Strong performance management, team building, communication, and change management skills
