KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, to join our Finance and Accounting Organization.


  • Analyze and manage quantitative and qualitative data in order to identify issues, industry trends, or exceptions to drive procurement strategies and decision making

  • Collaborate with the finance organization and other business partners to identify and realize margin/expense efficiency opportunities

  • Develop and maintain strong proactive knowledge of current clients and general industry trend, business practices and issues, and communicate their potential impact on the business

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams across the firm help institute and cultivate a consistent process of capturing and communicating best practices for Master Services Agreement and rate card negotiations

  • Participate on initiatives and projects which include specific account team requests, market intelligence, and solicitation of industry benchmark information

  • Articulate KPMG procurement policies and standards and respond to inquiries and contribute to governance processes


  • Minimum five years of progressive financial analysis experience in a highly analytical, data intensive and strategic focused environment

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • Experience performing financial and ad hoc analysis using reporting systems such as Hyperion, PeopleSoft Financials, or SAP Business Objects

  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data, assess results, and draw sound conclusions

  • Excellent relationship, communication, presentation, and adaptability skills with the ability to lead through influence at any level

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook; advanced Excel skills such as Pivot Tables and V-lookup, financial modeling and chart skills preferred
