KPMG is currently seeking a Manager Engineering to join our KPMG Technology Organization.
Develop roadmaps and participate in the standards process for security solutions
Partner with the architecture teams to develop solution designs
Maintain deep technical and business knowledge of industry directions and trends in the area of system engineering
Drive to deliver technology and products in the roadmap on schedule and with the highest quality
Provide advice, guidance and direction to carry out plans and procedure helping to ensure schedule attainment, product development process adherence, performance and budget targets are met
Provide last tier support for operations and support teams, including root cause analysis and preventative analysis
Minimum five years of experience in an IT environment, managing and supporting project and minimum eight years of experience in an IT environment
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university
In depth knowledge of Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp, user state virtualization including Citrix UPM/AppSense, Citrix Netscaler, Microsoft Deployment Technology (MDT/OSD), Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Win7/8), application virtualization technologies , OS Virtualization (Type I and Type II), Endpoint Security (Symantec/McAfee), Software Distribution (SCCM), Active Directory, MAC OS
Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work
Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
