KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Digital Solutions Designer to join our KPMG Business School Organization.
Design and manage front-end, client side learning solutions using web and digital platforms
Collaborate with design and development team throughout the curriculum roadmap to deliver learning solutions for client groups or strategic business initiatives
Utilize knowledge of web design, with a grounding in user interface and user experience design, to frame concepts and translate needs into intuitively designed features and functions
Develop and edit content suitable for web consumption, with an eye toward retention and learning
Manage multiple complex projects, including developing timeline, milestones, responsibilities and establish effective relationships
Produce high quality deliverables in a fast-paced agile environment
Minimum of seven years of progressive digital design experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Demonstrated knowledge in user interface and user experience (UI/UX) to make a digital solution functional, easy to use, and visually appealing to the user
Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail, with ability to work on various projects and produce high quality deliverables in committed time frames
Ability to work in an agile, adaptable, dynamic, fast-paced environment, as well as solve complex business challenges in a timely manner
