KPMG is currently seeking a Financial Analyst, to join our Finance and Accounting Organization.
Provide financial reporting and supporting schedules, including cash reconciliations for non-profit organizations
Collaborate with business managers to create, maintain, and execute financial data
Investigate significant variances and take corrective actions due to errors or misclassifications of financial data
Provide financial reporting and analysis, including variances, budgeting, and forecasting
Participate in monthly closings, including submitting vendor accruals
Liaise with external auditors during annual Audits as primary point of contact
Minimum of three years of financial analyst or similar experience, preferably within a professional services firm
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including advanced Excel skills
Experience with data retrieval and reporting systems such as Hyperion Financial Management, PeopleSoft Financials, SAP, or Business Objects
Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
Some experience with QuickBooks, a plus
