KPMG is currently seeking an Automation Coordinator, to join our Digital Labor Center of Excellence Organization.
Lead training, events, and communications; including design, implementation and maintenance of the Center of Excellence (CoE) site, brand management, execution of communications strategy, and leading the content development of logistics of training courses
Manage the tasks, timeline, scope, and day to day communication with stakeholders on knowledge, training, and communication efforts
Learn and become proficient in KPMG's business areas and functions
Gain an understanding of Digital Labor tools and participate in training other resources in KPMG Digital Labor
Seek and build relationships through assignments to enhance delivery and to better understand, identify, and work through issues across efforts
A minimum of three years of experience managing multiple concurrent work streams, documenting processes, and leveraging best-suited methodologies and practices
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to problems and issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead, manage and interact with a diverse team of resources
