KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, to join our Operations Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Montvale Operations leadership team

  • Create process documentation and flow diagrams

  • Participate in the creation and execution of the team's communications strategy; including newsletters, portal site content and leadership presentations

  • Consolidate and manage data from various sources; including client feedback surveys, mailboxes and focus groups

  • Contribute to campus crisis management procedure planning and implementation

  • Create custom reports from various technology tools

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of administrative support, project management or similar experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Experience in process mapping and report creation

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; along with the ability to learn iOffice and conference/catering software

  • Ability to prioritize projects and effectively work across teams to meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a strong sense of client service
