KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, to join our Risk Management Organization.
Collaborate with Risk and Independence teams to identify business process improvement areas to implement workflow solutions
Evaluate technology requirements to create and execute a product roadmap strategy
Manage teams and projects within scope and budget for on-time delivery and adherence to business requirements
Partner with national and global technology teams, risk management leadership, and other firm leaders
Lead and guide cross-functional group project structures
Create presentations, detailed analytics, and reporting to deliver to senior leadership
Minimum eight years of progressive leadership experience on a technology focused team; preferably in professional services firm or similar environment
Minimum three years leading and managing a team
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) software and capabilities; PNM Soft a plus
Strong presentation and collaboration skills with the ability and confidence to interact with any level of leadership
Strong project management experience along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
