Manager, Advisory (McLean, Virginia) (Multiple Positions)
Design and develop Information Technology computer systems for financial models and tools. Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards. Utilize object-oriented architecture, C#, and the Microsoft .Net framework to perform securitized transactions. Coordinate software architecture, development, enhancement, code reviews, maintenance, and support for software solutions for clients in financial industry. Ensure compliance of developed technical solutions with KPMG LLP standards and practices. Identify and communicate technical and strategic matters to both clients and upper management. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field plus 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field plus 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Developing multi-tiered Credit Risk financial models and tools using object-oriented architecture, C#, and Microsoft .Net framework; Providing solutions by utilizing financial industry experience with credit risk, credit derivatives or structured products; Developing applications with Microsoft Visual Studio.Net 2013 and 2015 on .Net framework versions 4.5+; Developing windows applications and performing data access and manipulation using Windows Forms and ADO.Net on Microsoft .Net framework; Working with LINQ and Microsoft Entity Framework for data access between client/server and the databases; Performing server side development for web applications using ASP.Net and Internet Information Services; Developing client side user-interfaces using third party components for Microsoft .Net framework, including Telerik, Syncfusion, or Infragistics; and Developing SQL queries, stored procedures, and relational databases on SQL Server 2012+ and Oracle 12g. Travel up to 80% required. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
