KPMG is currently seeking a Federal Pricing Manager, to join our Federal Advisory Organization.
Lead pricing strategies for federal business proposals such as Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials (T&M), and CPFF/CPAF monitoring for accuracy and compliance with requirements
Provide strategy advice, profitability assessments and recommendations to engagement teams
Participate in the creation of basis of estimate (BOE) for large proposals and provide training to the engagement team personnel
Conduct comprehensive competitive analyses, research and analysis of historical data in line with price-to-win methodology
Maintain the price database and prepare direct labor average bid rates for use on price proposals
Confirm adherence to FAR, DFAR, DCAA, TINA, CAS and corporate policies and procedures with regard to cost proposal preparation, review, submission and negotiation
Minimum seven years of pricing experience in a federal contracting environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's from an accredited college or university is preferred
Experience constructing complex pricing models and competitive pricing analysis, and price-to-win analysis in Excel and other pricing tools
Strong understanding of the current regulatory environment relative to the submission of proposals to the US Government including FAR, DFARS, TINA and CASB
Familiar with GSA pricing schedules and CAS compliance requirements
US Citizenship required
