KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, to join our Market Development Organization.
Lead the implementation of a dynamic and growing set of corporate citizenship, community involvement, alumni relations and other Employer of Choice (EOC) priorities
Develop and support programs, communications and activities to enhance and maintain relationships with area KPMG Alumni, promote corporate citizenship, track and manage philanthropic sponsorships, and manage the placement of internal leadership on non-profit boards
Manage corporate citizenship events, and involvement with other EOC activities as may be requested by the Managing Partner
Manage and execute corporate citizenship events including venue selection, on-site logistics, content coordination, communications and maintain the accuracy of various alumni databases
Collaborate with internal departments to help ensure activities and communications are aligned with firm standards and Brand and Regulatory Compliance
Manage the firm's volunteer management tool, train and educate users, serve as firm's global networking platform subject resource, update site with appropriate links, prepare quarterly reports, communicate trends and analysis to stakeholders and publish annual results
Minimum seven years of corporate citizenship or related experience with a strong commitment to corporate responsibility; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Significant project management and volunteer engagement experience
Strong communication, organization and project management skills with the ability to work under rapidly changing situations and deadlines as strategies evolve, deadlines shift, and resources change
Ability to build strong relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to drive the attainment of organizational goals
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
