KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, to join our Human Resources Organization.
Support the implementation of Human Resources (HR) initiatives in a particular practice or geographic area
Perform a variety of administrative and reporting tasks, such as compliance and turnover reports
Provide clients with updates on HR issues and progress of service
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership meetings
Maintain and review background checks, compliance reporting, investigations, licenses, employee reviews, goal setting, and employee relations issues
Minimum of two years of general HR experience; preferably within a professional services environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Knowledge of basic HR principles and HR related laws and regulations
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
