KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, to join our Tax Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Resource Management (RM) team to develop and implement staffing services that help maximize utilization while balancing workloads and providing career opportunities for professionals

  • Contribute to RM in staffing allocation, monitoring results as well as utilization of system to generate analysis on key staffing data

  • Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and communicate issues to Leadership as necessary

  • Help to ensure scheduling policies and procedures are followed and proactively work with RM team to identify trends

  • Participate in practice-wide strategic initiatives or projects

  • Work with practice leaders to develop action steps for optimal business results based on client goals and objectives

Qualifications:

  • Three years of corporate or professional services experience in a project oriented role; Resource Management experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • Strong computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to organize and manage large quantities of data

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to team with others

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong relationships with various levels of an organization
