KPMG is currently seeking a Director, to join our Big Deal Team.
Manage large scale pursuit and proposal efforts for the business
Drive the development and execution of the pursuit strategy
Develop pursuit timelines, client contact, and proposal production plans
Create and deploy pursuit management tools and methodologies
Provide coaching and strategic direction to partners and teams, including oral preparation and coaching
Minimum twelve years of business development and client relationship management experience in the client service industry
Minimum ten years of experience leading and managing a team
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
Experience driving complex business development including pipeline management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as client and prospect management tools and software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Ability to travel forty percent annually
