KPMG is currently seeking a HR Service Center Representative, to join our Newcomer Services Organization.
Provide responses to inquiries via telephone, e-mail and fax, while adhering to established Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) standards
Utilize available resources and tools to proactively resolve customer issues and research resolutions
Participate on project teams within the Immigration services group
Minimum of one year of Human Resources or immigration experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred or equivalent work experience
Working knowledge of Immigration J-1 Programs, Labor Condition Application postings, International Business Travel, Visas, I9s, Department of Labor Compliance, and Green Card process is preferred
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite applications
