KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, to join our Global Knowledge and Collaboration Organization.
Set knowledge strategy, priorities, and goals
Act as a trusted advisor to Partners and practice professionals on matters related to knowledge management (KM), knowledge sharing and collaboration
Partner with the Head of Global Collaboration and Knowledge (GC&K) and the Strategy and Planning Lead to develop and deliver the GC&K portfolio, reporting, and program vision and roadmap
Plan, manage, and maintain governance and risk management standards and processes
Help ensure the KM program leverages leading practices, agreed standards, and aligns with functional areas
Lead in the delivery and current evaluation strategies to gauge knowledge program effectiveness including metrics collection, analysis, and reporting
Minimum eight years' experience in a professional services environment, communication-related or management consulting field
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required, Master's degree preferred
Excellent understanding of the success factors for the knowledge management and function to be an effective business partner
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills with existing, or the ability to quickly establish, strong relationships with stakeholder individuals and groups at all levels across the firm
Demonstrated program and project management experience
