KPMG is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant, to join our Business Tax Services Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to partners and practice management team in Federal Tax and provide tax processing support

  • Assist senior level administrative assistant in providing total engagement support to financial services and insurance groups

  • Coordinate calendar, including travel and meeting arrangements

  • Follow standardized tasks and work according to established rules and procedures, with limited interpretation necessary

  • Assist with internet research

  • Provide word processing support for general and external client related communications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of administrative experience; preferably in a professional services environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Basic project management skills and strong time management skills

  • Ability to work overtime as needed
