KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Cyber Response - Cyber Security Services for our KPMG Risk Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform computer forensic services including digital evidence preservation, analysis, data recovery, tape recovery, electronic mail extraction, and database examination

  • Provide oversight for on-site examinations and collections

  • Provide technology advisory services to enhance forensic engagements

  • Research and develop new computer forensic tools and methodologies

  • Assess and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues

  • Support a computer forensic lab in a technically secure environment

Qualifications:

  • Three years of experience in Computer Forensics and technical investigations

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from an accredited college/university or equivalent related work experience

  • Proficiency with PC hardware and networking and experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems

  • Advanced experience in industry computer forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, and Paraben and with methodologies, and protocols

  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Notes , SQL Server, ACL, PERL, and Shell Scripting

  • Ability to undertake moderate to extensive travel
