KPMG is currently seeking a Director Resource Management Operations, to join our Resource Management Organization.


  • Drive operational efficiencies within the Advisory Resource Management team

  • Lead a team of Advisory Resource Management professionals to streamline functional tasks to enable more efficient and holistic resource deployment

  • Establish Advisory Resource Management service level agreements with internal clients and develop, support and drive key initiatives advancing the resource management agenda and continuously seek opportunities to evolve the resource management function

  • Implement consistent resource management processes and promote best practices around optimization of resource utilization and staffing of open requests

  • Coordinate directly with key functional operations leads including but not limited to, Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Contract Labor Office and National Recruiting (both Experienced and Campus)

  • Supports the efforts of new programs and initiatives, as defined, to provide opportunities for professional growth and development


  • A minimum of ten years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Resource Management or Business operations; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment

  • Bachelors' degree from an accredited college, university or equivalent

  • A minimum of five years of experience leading a team consisting of different professional levels as well as managing a virtual team across multiple geographic locations

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, across multiple projects and initiatives

  • Proven results in strategy development and implementation, with support from leadership

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications
