KPMG is currently seeking an Associate in CIO Advisory for our Management Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with client peers to understand their IT and business environment, challenges and strengths

  • Help client's pinpoint their IT service management (ITSM) challenges through interviews, data analysis and the documentation of findings

  • Understand current IT infrastructure, process and tool trends such as ServiceNow and cloud computing and how they bring value to our clients

  • Work as part of a team to implement ITSM process and technology transformations based on industry frameworks such as ITIL

  • Assist in writing detailed specifications for the development team

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a business analyst, IT operations, systems administration or similar role

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Strong business, technical, analytical, problem solving and verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in IT process improvement within your own organization or as an external consultant

  • Certification in ITIL, IT infrastructure, or IT management tools (ServiceNow, BMC, HP, etc.) is preferred
