KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, to join our Marketing Organization.


  • Participate in the project management and implementation of the firm's citizenship programs and priorities

  • Help ensure a range of enterprise level initiatives are aligned with the firm's citizenship strategy

  • Develop communications, toolkits, reports, videos, and brochures for internal and external use

  • Work with internal business leaders on national and local citizenship programming

  • Participate with team members and local offices to appropriately execute citizenship strategy


  • Minimum one year of corporate citizenship or related field experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills

  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative and matrixed environment

  • Strong personal commitment to corporate responsibility
