KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Customer & Operations for our Management Consulting practice.
Support Technology Enablement health care strategy and transformation service offerings through a combination of strong project management skills and content knowledge related to healthcare
Develop and execute on processes to support large healthcare IT strategy and transformation engagements
Develop and maintain project plans and initiate appropriate project management skills for status and risk reporting
Help develop new business through building relationships and leading national pursuit efforts
Participate in continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offerings
Assist partners with practice administration, including resource allocation, career development of staff, and other people management decisions
A minimum of eight years of consulting experience in healthcare industry or executive level experience working in a healthcare provider
Master's degree from an accredited college/university
Experience with system selection and large IT implementation projects which includes managing complex project budgets and timelines, significant stakeholder engagement and management, and understanding complex regulatory issues
Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, attract new business, and build lasting professional relationships with senior client executives and relevant skills in project management with hands-on experience
Demonstrated understanding of healthcare reform and other key industry trends/drivers (population health management, ACO, MU, ICD-10, PCMH)
Excellent foundational consulting skills such as analytical, written and verbal communication, client presence along with facilitation and presentation skills
Travel may be up to 80-100%
